IMHO, from the best race to the one still having an interesting synergy with the class :
Barbarian : warforged, dwarf, human
Bard : drow, human
Cleric : human, dwarf
Favored Soul : human
Fighter : warforged, dwarf
Monk : i dont know enough this class, probably warforged or halfling
Paladin : drow, warforged, human
Ranger : warforged, halfling, human
Rogue : halfling
Sorcerer : warforged
Wizard : warforged
Thelanis | Xispeo - Crystalius - Tyua - Extazer - Eneken - Takiji - Mirn - Crystalizer - Sowenn
honestly i cant say much for barb, wiz, monk, rouge, figter, fvs, cleric, sorc, bard, or pal
Best Race/class Halfling Ranger-tempest
saves, fear resistence, dex advancements, plus flanking bonus
spot, search, listen all get to go up alot more
and if youre going ranged you can get places most others cant so your pretty safe from enemy melee
and the dragonmark is a bonus for your heals
Funny how the OP asked which class was best for each race, and the forum quickly turned into which race is best for each class. A very different question. I'm assuming the OP enjoys trying the different RACES and was wondering which classes would be ideal.
IMO:
Halfling - Rogue - halflings get bonus to flanking and sneak attack damage, plus lots and lots of dex
Dwarf - Cleric - bonus to Con and racial enhancement to increase spellpower, makes them hardy with lots of heals
Warforged - Wizard - self-healing has already been discussed, plus much more hardy than average wizard, many of the immunities make up for low Fort saves
Elf - Arcane Archer - low Con means ranged is a good option, and Elf can become Arcane Archer from any other base class, a caster based Arcane Archer can get extremely solid dps
Drow - probably Rogue for Int/Dex dual bonus, also the only race that can start with 20 Cha so a sorc is ok, but low Con can be trouble
Half-orc - Barbarian, hands-down, they even get racial enhancements that require barb levels
Human - Paladin - needs too many stats that get knocked on other races
Half-elf - since half-elf is so versatile, I'll say Bard - let's you take Cha as a racial enhance like a human, can use Paladin dilettante to add Cha bonus to saves
Well, there's no "best race" but I'm bored and this seems reasonably entertaining. I'll do best 2, hows that? Also, I'm spliting some classes into 2 categories.
Barbarian - WF or HO
Bard - not sure so I'll just say human
Cleric - dwarf or human
Favored Soul - human or WF
Fighter - human or dwarf
Monk - halfling (dex), wf (str)
Paladin - human or WF
Ranger - (tempest) human or dwarf, (AA) elf
Rogue - halfling or human
Sorcerer - human or WF
Wizard - human or WF
Drow - wiz, sorc
Dwarf - kensai/tempest, cleric, hate tank
Elf - AA
Halfling - rogue, dex monk
Human - anything
Warforged - barb, wiz/rog, sorc
Half-Orc - barb, str monk, fighter

Satureon, Ranged (Pal x1, Mnk x3, Ran x3, Rog x1 8/8 lives),
Betelgeuseon, Multitank (Ftr 2x, Barb 1x 3/10 lives),
Androgun, Arcane (Wiz 3x, Sorc 3x, Fvs 1x 7/10 lives)
[Saturus, 8 years old toon (Pal 1x, Ftr 1x, Mnk 3x, Rog 1x), Exterminus (Wiz 1x, Fvs 2x, Sorc 1x): on Thelanis.]
Improvisative play preferred. No VC, because i just don't care by different reasons + honestly sometimes just need to focus anywhere else too, as i'm not the 'gnome at the basement' type 24/7-er.

You play meatbags?
I eat meatbags (after using complicated science to make them into oil of course).
WF all the way
I would suggest Half elf for pure bard builds .
The fighter dilletante will save so much pain as it gives proficiency all martial weapons. meaning that you can make any bard speciality you like and not have to worry about limitations on weapons .
The same reasoning for favoured souls also.
Much harder to say for multiclass bards as the builds are so varied.
"Player testers have done an excelent job and I really do appreciate the testing done by the players that report the issues which then get ignored ......."
Well the player skills and understanding the game are very important, synergies play usually minor diffrences (but for "power gamers" perspective that diffrences can be big).
Drow - they make fairy good rouges, bards, or casters (if player can agroo manage). They have divine synergy for weapons, but weapon of choise is rater weak (short sword). People create with this rase some paladins (28).
Dwarf - Can fit well in any class that have Cha as thier dump stat. They have realy high HP (stat and 3 tier of enchantment) that helps. Also thier weapons of choise (all axes) can provide DPS boost (even when axes are at the same DPS lv as long/bastard/great swords). Also their enchantment can boost a bit saves against spells.
Elf - they have realy good weapon enchantments (rapiers, falhons, scimitars, longbows), and very good dragonmark (shadow -> invi, !displacement!, shadowwalk). They can make good Fighters or barbarians (with class high HP and enchantmens their can overcome base -2 con squishieniess, also as fighter you will be able to put Dragonmarks to build that will increase your survivality). They also will work as Rangers (melee or ranged). Casters are a bit hazardous (due low base HP).
Halfling - King of backstabers. Can also make good in most classes (have good Dragonmark -> healing), but lack of synergies, except melee. They make great nontankish melee.
Human - accualy fit for all classes due the verstality, and no weakness. Usually as melee are outperformed by other...
Warforged - Due to immunietes it perform extreamly well in any classes. Their enchantments aim for melee combat and there they are primary. They prefer melee oriented specialisations (battleclerics, melee FvS, Warchanters). They make great wizards or sorcers due to self healing (if we take that they have this same con as dwarves then we can clearlly see why people would make wiz WF over wiz dwarf).
H-Orcs - DPS kings! Why survivality when you kill anything on sight. They can also make nice battle clerics.
H-Elves - Well... Intimitanks (due their duble intimi slots). Fair DPS. And also can take advantage of useing wands (if they have high enought stat to take proper dillante feat), or get all matrial weapons for melee oriented casters (battle clerics, fvs, rouges).
