So you, as the organizer, are guaranteed to make 3 red scales for yourself with a chance of taking all 23 scales and you technically don't even need to invest a red scale yourself? Pretty good profit for minimal work and apparently others think the payout for you is worth the gamble for them.

Shouldn't you at least be doing runner up prizes where 3-4 people can get their investment back, or maybe a second place prize of 3-4 scales?

Maybe I am just a fair-chance-for-all kind of guy, but imo you should take the organizer's fee OR take the risk, not take the fee and give yourself a no-risk chance at a set of red dragon scales.
