If you have already mem'd a spell... and you try to mem it again, you are informed that you must have all of the necessary components / etc before memming - and if you go though the hassle of getting those materials, then try to mem again, you are informed that you cannot mem it again - doh!

Propose instead the prompt changes to something like:
1) If I already know it, lemmie know that can't mem it again (and that i'm nubjuice for trying again)
2) If I can learn it:
- and I have the prereq's met, start the inscription process
- and I do not have the prereq's, tell me what I need to get in order to mem

Bottom line though is I'd prefer not to see a note suggesting that i CAN mem it again if only i had the necessary inscription materials / etc on hand.
