Can't find my character.

My character is still listed on MyDDO, my Guild is still listed on MyDDO and when I try to re-use my name, it's "already taken". So I know my character is still in there somewhere, yet I can't find him.

What can I do? Do I need to PM someone with the character details or what?

I assume you deleted this character in question, otherwise the obvious answer would be "log in and use said character".

If you deleted the character and did not immediately reroll them, it's possible someone else took it. Unless it's something really unique, there are a lot of characters being made every day.

And just because a characters name has been taken, doesn't mean that character has been played either. Someone could have rolled one up and taken the name and parked it without ever logging in.

It's highly unlikely that they would have created a character with both the same first and last name as my character, who just so happens to be the leader of a guild with exactly the same name as the guild I created with that character.
