char won't move after update ?

when i log into any of my char's everytime i try to move i get three or four step's and i'm ported back to where i was. i can't use any emote's and the game won't let me log out the only way out is to quit the game. update....can't do anything in game no swapping gear in and out /death doesn't respond can't use anything in action bar's etc etc if any one has any idea's it would be greatly appreciated i would like to get my ddo fix
