If you true reincarnate a character they will lose all the tomes used. You keep the bonus of the tomes for lesser and greater reincarnation.

If you haven't used it the tome should stay safely in your reincarnation bank. If you use it before TR, its gone.

Your bonuses should return as you level up a TR. At lvl 1 you should get any +1s from tomes +1 or greater, and at 7 you would get the +2 from any tomes +2 or greater, etc.

I thought that was the expected, designed behavior that had been bugged and recently patched, but I can't confirm since I have no TR.

No, the devs intent is for tomes not to carry over on a TR because your old body is destroyed and you are rebuilt, bigger, faster, stronger.

No true you lose it and are supose to, now on greater it will apply gradually so there is nothing to fix according to them.

No issue to fix. If you True Reincarnate, you keep ONLY the items in inventory/bank/equip. Nothing more, nothing less

Yes. The old one is gone as soon as you TR so any new tomes you get you can use.
