cant log in

Its been months since i last played this game and decided to come back to it, i logged into my account and logged back out, but when i tried logging back in i couldent, i tried every password i use and nothing, sometimes i get the message saying its the wrong password other times nothing. So i click 'forgot password' i've done that about 6 times in the space of 2-3 hours and nothing, how long should i be waiting?

just wondering if theres anything i can do and can anyone post the account support email? i must be stupid because i cant find it.
