buying green briar twigs

Okay. I don't follow AH prices too closely for ingredients, but I just found I needed a green briar twig, and every single one is priced preposterously (200K plat or more each.)

I am willing to purchase a quantity of these at a reasonable price.

I have plat, ingredients, etc.

Sadly this is a case where voodoo economics work just about perfectly. Greenbriar twigs can be most readily be found in the Coalescence Chamber and Rainbow in the Dark. Drop rates aside, these are two of the more annoying Vale quests, IMO. Thus the general supply of these items is low in relation to the other green steel components such as lily petals etc. Having said all this, if it were easier to obtain these items you would certainly see the prices much lower. If you dont want to pay crazy AH prices just zerg those quests.

Thanks for the tip. I suppose I will have to. I just saw some hope when I saw someone else had at least one listed for sale here on the forums at 60K plat; still a lot, but 1/3 the AH price. I figured I might buy them in bulk at a lower price, but I probably am just better off running those quests.
