Trying to make a good respec for my friend he is a 28pt build and tried doing an intimitank build and is falling hopelessly short of good saves/AC benchmarks, we decided for him to respec to a simpler DPS build so he can contribute more to group at his gear level.

So my question, who has a good 28pt dps build for fighter? atm he's 16ftr, probably prefers THF.
