X.5 skills Issue - please help me

I have a Rogue3/Fighter1. Rolled as Rogue, Fighter at second level, then back to Rogue. Unfortunately, during the level up as a fighter, I put SKILL POINTS into Rogue abilities and ended up with three X.5 skills. Found out after that .5s are wasted. Can I do anything about it without wasting more skill points, or should I re-roll and re-start while I am still low level?

When you level, put more skill points into the X.5 skills. They will be evened after this.

Unless there was something very specific you were looking for with that level
of Fighter, I would have probably taken a level of Ranger instead. You get more
skill points with Ranger, in addition to all the Martial Weapon feats, but you also
get better skill synergy, with Ranger having Search and Spot as class skills.

So, as a previous poster suggested, you could take another level of Fighter,
but you might be happier if you re-roll and investigate taking a level of Ranger instead.

The second level of fighter will give you access to a second feat and Fighter Strength 1.. useful if you STR is uneven at a given level. So I'd recommend keeping the character and picking up a second level of fighter at some point.

But, as it had been noted above, you might have been better served by taking at least two levels of ranger instead of fighter. Look at the pros and cons between Fighter 2 and Ranger 2 and decide which you'd rather play ~shrug~

As people said, another Fighter level, a Lesser or Greater Reincarnation, or a Re-roll. I would say either to wait untill you unlock 32 point builds(Either through favor or the store) and then Greater Reincarnate, or re-roll now. That extra .5 means that you are always -1 to those skills over any other Rogue or Rogue multiclass of your level with the same gear.

If you do re-roll, sell your bound and not so useful gear and tranfer the money and your useful gear to another character before deleting your character. Then, once you get to Stormreach, give it to your re-rolled character.
