guild page * I granchi Aviatori* doesn't work

Hi. I'm an officer of the thelanis guild * i granchi aviatori *. My in-game name is Narcaos, my account name nick is Narco2709. This is my 5th post (also send 3 bug report) to my.ddo support. We are experiencing matters with our guild page * i granchi aviatori * at the link http://my.ddo.com/guild-thelanis-*_i...hi_aviatori_*/.
It seems not work. The error seems like: "Error!The page you were looking for was not found."
Is there someone who can help us? We didn't have any reply to the previous contacts.
Can i have some reply?
It's about 5 month i'm trying to contact somebody. Is there someone?
Or, someone can lead me to the correct section of the forum where i can find help?

I'm another officer of the same guild. We suppose our issue is caused by the " * " in our guild's name. There should be a script in wordpress (on which myddo is based) that mistakes the * for a string like %27 or something like that. Consequently, in myddo archive our guild name is spelled correctly, so the research query for * i granchi aviatori * is answred properly. But in fact wordpress is seeing another name, so the error "page not found".

This is our speculation, but we don't have any proof about that, and no one from the support team seem willing to help us.
They developed myddo, so they should know how it works. But during the whole time we asked for support, not one single answer, nothing at all. This just doesn't feel right. Most of us are VIPs. We enjoy playing this beautiful game, thus we pay for it without complaints. But we also pay for a serious support - which doesn't seem to be delivered properly.

We don't ask that much. Some answers to our issue, some proofs that we are not completely ignored.

This should not be a real problem, if our speculation is correct, just editing a string would be enough.
