    Default I lost my vip account

    I wanted to play D&D for easter. I have borrowed credit card and upgraded my account to vip yesterday. Money was sent and I had vip account. Everything was perfect. Today I am launching the game and WHOOOPS :

    Your subscription has been suspended due to non-payment. Please re-enter your billing information or apply a Game Card now to reactivate your subscription(s).
    What? Non payment? You have taken money from me and I buyed vip so I want my vip account back

    First thought from the info provided -- looks like whoever you "borrowed" the credit card from changed their mind.

    I was referring to the possibility that the owner of the CC you used may have seen the charge and rejected it.

    Honestly, anything related to your account like that will have to be taken care of thru the Accounts folks.

    Ok I know what happened. Because of the monthy bank account charges he had only 13 dollars, so he cannot make transfer. And now I have a question in my account i have this red banner with information and i cannot click there and make a new transfer I can only update billing information. What should I do to reactivate my subscription? Wait for money on account and it will be automatically transferred or not?

    In order to reinstate you'll need to update the credit card information and then click the "Get Unlimited Access" button. Or you can contact the Account Management department once you have enough funds on the card. Do note that the system will process a $1.00 authorization hold when you update it, so be sure you have at least $16.00 on the card when you re-enter it.

    I see in payment method a place where I can update my card information but i hove only submit there is it this? Or there is some hidden button there with get unlimited access

    On the Account Management website:

    First update your card information on the "Payment Method" tab.

    Then go back to the home page and scroll down to the red/gold DDO box. Click the red "Get Unlimited Access" button there, and pick a billing plan.
