I have the shroud ingredients to make a 9 charisma stick, but have been told by some to instead get flagged for TOD and get the STR 6 Exceptional Cha 1 ring.

I am nowhere near being flagged for TOD since my reincarnation, I have 1 material (demon's blood).

Any info that you wise forumites care to share would be great
