    Angry out raged !

    YES. hi ill get to the point then.

    i got a prepaid card of 50$ to buy the 6.9k ddo points deal i registered it go to buy it and i see you guys charged me 1.02$ to which i assume was to confirm the card . .THAT was yesterday and i still haven't gotten the refund and not i have been screwed over with all my ticket i have sent in no replies and the promotion is over and now I'm here with a useless 48.98$ card . .

    as you can see i am absolutely appalled and was wondering when someone would be so kind as to engage this problem as you see this is very disturbing.

    I am sorry, I can't assist with this via the forums. However, I can provide some information.

    There is a $1.00 USD authorization hold that is placed on a card when it is added to the system. This
    should be released within a few business days at the most. We request the authorizations to confirm the card is valid, but we do not receive the funds and cannot release them. If the funds are not released within a week, I strongly suggest you contact the card company regarding the holds.

    The system doesn't currently have a confirmation email, but it does show a confirmation page if the request is successfully submitted.

    We received a very large amount of inquiries about this very popular sale. We're still working through emails from the end of last week, and we're answering them all in the order they were received. I can assure you that if you sent your email while the 6900 total points purchase was available due to the PAX bonus, the Account Management department will be able to assist you with that bundle.

    ok cool that is good to hear because i definitely sent in a email about this in account management i think or teck support at about midnight well it was still up so this is some good news.
