I'm new to this as well, but from what I've been told and read around, here's what I can help with.

In my own experience in making one, you could take the first level as a Fighter, so at least you'll have the Martial Weapon proficiency, making the level ups much easier, and your melee capabilities way more efficient, especially with the Haste boost Fighters get. You could get Empowered first, then Quicken. As far as I'm concerned, you wouldn't even need Quickened casts below level 10. Also, if you're focused on healing than offensive casting, you might as well use Empower healing instead, with a much smaller SP requirement. Your primary casting stat isn't that high anyway against DCs, so empowered offensive spells might not be the way to go.

You have an odd strength, but you get the +1 Strength Enhancement at Fighter level 2, so that's fixable.

Skills look okay... Can you list out your Enhancement choices?

Healing: you are taking Maximize, Empower Healing and Quicken; you will be fine.

Buffs: you are taking Extend; you will be fine (at high level, many of your "buff" spells will last 20ish minutes without Extend, but it will still be nice for short-duration spells, like Divine Favor, Divine Power, Prayer, Holy Aura, Recitation).

Offensive casting: since WIS is not your main ability, the effectiveness of your offensive casting and crowd control will soon become poor, but you will still be able to drop the occasional Blade Barrier. Therefore, I would drop Spell Penetration (I can't see this build casting spells which require Spell Resistance checks).

Melee: what combat style are you planning to use? Sword and Board? Two Handed Fighting? If your plans include two handed weapons, I would at least get THF and ITHF feats, dropping Spell Penetration and Improved Mental Toughness.
On Thelanis: Hallelujah (EK wraith) - Jerryrigged Juggernaut (Fiend Warlock) - Sepulchral (Druid) - Chopchopchop (Monk) - Alleyshadow (retired gimped monkcher). Formerly on Keeper : Misericordia (Thug) - Mumbo Jumbo (Battle Caster) - Infernal Can (WF Kinda Cleric) - Halleluyah (Melee Spellsinger).

Thats some bad advice shaftronics, please read the forums/play the game before you post help to others..

Also when asking for advice. Your build is explicitly outlined right here on this page, under a thread called Sirgog's Cleric Catalogue 2010 or something like that.

Take fighter at lvl 2. You want cleric at lvl one so that you can keep concentration maxed. ALWAY max concentration, it is your most important skill. Toss your fighter point(s) into something else, I prefer balance even if its cross class, and when you take cleric at 3rd, you can pump concentration back up to max again. The second fighter lvl comes far later, after you have ninth lvl spells and have had time to think about feat selection.

Take toughness at lvl 1. Take every enhancement you can for it.
Take power attack for your fighter feat at lvl 2. You wont be able to use it for a long time, but it gets it out of the way and frankly, there isnt much else you want from the list at this point.
For lvl 3, I prefer extend spell. Its great for low to mid levels, doesnt cost much compared to other metas, and will save you mucho spell points. Big bonus. You can always switch it out at endgame with your free exchange from the dragonmark quest (dont take dragonmarks), but I am honestly thinking of keeping it. I like extended blade barrier, 30 min buffs for difficult quests, and not having divine power fall after one minute.

Mental toughness is ok next, if you are new and have the extra feats to spare thanks to two fighter levels, but a skilled player will skip this over for something else, perhaps maximize, which you should definitely take eventually.

You wont need quicken for a while, take it at lvl 12 which is right when you will get blade barrier with this build.

You can take empower or empower heal, if its for heals you wont need it till you get the heal spell, and more importantly mass heal. I like having empower heal as I can stand in as a respectible healer as well as being a frontliner.

That should be enough for you now.. just read Sirgog's guide tho, really this is all his advice.

I apologize for the bad advice, however, I do believe my other points are valid, at the very least.
