Veteran Status

I bought the Veteran status 2-3 months ago. really cool. today i tryed to make a character on a new server, and i started on lvl 1. If you buy the Veteran status it only works on ONE server ? or only on servers that you have a lvl 4+ character ?

If u understtod my doubt, that was EXACTLY what i did, i bought the veteran status, and still CANT create a lvl 4 char on a server that i dont have a lvl 4 char !

when you make the character, you are on a ship. talk to the guy near the front of the ship, he will let you level up

Thanks you for the try, but i know how a Veteran char starts. i´ve created 4-5 already. but on the new server i´ve started on Khortos intro quest already ! No ship at all, not even the option to skip Khortos intro quest

Try to get that character to by pass Korthos and travel to the Harbour, then try and create a new character. They should be now on the ship.

Skip Khortos quest line or do it ? i´ve tryed to skip Khortos story line and didnt work.

Are you sure you've purchased the Veteran status from the DDO store? If so I'd contact customer service, as you've got an issue.

I´ve done all Khortos Questline and i still cannot acess the veteran status Ship

Thank you Rumbaar, already open a ingame ticket. As usual GM could not help me and i´ve send an email to the support team (takes 1-2 weeks, very nice).

I´ve tryed making the hole khortos island series, tryed skiping it, spoke with Nyx. and i´ve bought the veteran status from DDO store.

Im not the ******y" kind of guy who complains of everything, but i feel very disapointed buying something from DDO store and not getting what was promised.

Well best of luck on the support, if you were able to access the veteran status again or still on the DDO store then that is a clear sign it hasn't been registered to your account. As you can only purchase premium items of that nature once.

If you've bought it twice then I'd be after a refund. Happy speedy returns.
