I don't know the answer to how to do what you ask, but I can say that one way to not do it is by spamming the same post over multiple threads.

Impaqt's build is Elf - not halfling - a lot of his build revolves around the Undying Court - not applicable for the halfling.
But I agree - Search is your friend.

First, the Mommy FvS and the Daddy Monk love each other very much. If they live in the south they get married and make a baby FvS18/Monk2. If they live anywhere else, the people in the south are pretty sure they are going to hell. If they live in California two FvS's adopt a monk, because they are super accepting of differences out there.

That is how you make a FvS18/Mnk2. If you are making a 28 pt build, this character will have to go to a special school and ride a short yellow bus.

That is how we do it out here in California. All our FvS's have to be of the Sov. Host though. The Silver Flame isn't accepting of Same-sex marriages, hence the Purge the Heretics quest.

As for the second part, this is one instance where I agree that you should have a 32 point build unlocked to play it. This sort of build needs all stats and can't ignore any one to improve the others, meaning you need all the points you can get. I guess you could skip WIS and just do an Evasive melee build; Impaqt has one of those builds posted on here somewhere but he dumped it in favor of a build with WIS.

As for halfling, in my opinion that's fine. Impaqt's build uses Scimitars as they are considered slightly better because of the higher crit range, so he went Elf and Undying Court. This is the build I'm following as well. As a halfling you could go Sov. Host instead and use longswords; it will still be very effective. Although you lose out on the Elven atk/dmg enhancements.
