As noted in this sticky, we can't assist with account specific issues via the forums.

However, I can tell you that whatever credit card is on file on an account is the one that is used for subscription fees. That card can also be used to purchase points.

Please note that the name on the card denotes ownership of the account. You may want to get your girlfriend a pre-paid card with her name on it. For more information about pre-paid cards, please see this sticky.

VIP points are granted within 24-48 hours of the payment successfully processing. If you upgraded today, you should see the points tomorrow or the day after.

All of the classes and races can be played for free with VIP. However, the Drow and Favored Soul have to be unlocked on each server using favor points. (Or you can chose to purchase them.)
