I am Vip member since 2 months but last month i wanna downgrade my account and i logged at My account @ turbine then click DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONLINE™ Subscriptions under Cancel etc. but since a month wrote Pending Cancellation ... But this month when i look my card extra i saw 19$ again.
Some1 help me please for Downgrade.
