I love how there's no long rant or explanation in the OP-
BECAUSE THERE DOESN'T NEED TO BE.

Hmm... I wonder if this is the reason we haven't seen any new raids since mod 9...
The devs are focusing on low-mid level content, casual endgame, and the abomination known as "epic" because they realize that anything else they do to add new endgame content will come out lousy thanks to lag.

I hate epic, GSF !="generalist wizard", and my raid loot luck still *'in sucks.

Another day, Another raid, Another wipe due to DPS lag.
Tod part3.
We are considering pausing when boss is at 50% health to let the server catch up.
We are considering no bards.
I've seen the numerous posts about THF melee only. Although I don't think that one will wash
Please fix the lag. Thelanis server.

This seems to be the only relable way to get that raid done now... forget GS or epic gear, masterwork daggers ftw....

I'm surprised part 3 was what got you. Part 2 I could see, as that has some of the worst dps lag in the game. Part 3, from what I've seen, is much better than 2... Originally Posted by WoeTide

The current Turbine strategy to reduce lag is aggressively driving away vets that have good DPS, and nurturing their F2P noobs that don't, providing them casual settings where DPS (or a brain) isn't even remotely needed.
Less DPS = less DPS lag.
