I can not pay a card the VISA. Ukraine is absent in the list of the countries

I can not pay card VISA. I live in Ukraine. Ukraine is absent in the list of the countries at choice PAYMENT METHOD. Other way of payment the VIP and Points is absent.

Three times wrote in Account Management Assistance. There is no answer more weeks.

All of our departments are very busy this week, expecially the Account Management department. Between all the PAX specials, and PAX East itself, we've got a lot of emails to go through. We're working through them as fast as we can in the order they were received.
