Have you checked House D Pawn? I'm not logged into the game right now, but typically I see Element + Parry or Element + Righteous pretty common if I recall.

Send an Email to Archipeligo. I have an +1 Acid Falchion of Maiming, I know it is not +3, but you can have it cheap, and it is acid, so works on just about everything.
