I understand that it can be frustrating to not get an immediate answer to a problem,
but you'll get a better response with a more level tone.

I did a search on "underlying" in Technical Assistance and got several hits.
In particular, I would look at this one first:

    I hope that helps.

I appologize for my tone. It's so frustrating! I decided to restore my computer and reinstall the game so i am hoping that it will work, if not i will be sure to use the advice that you sent me. I will try to be more patient in the future. Thank you very much for your response.

These crazy technical problems can be very frustrating, and doubly so when
you're paying a monthly fee and can't get access.

    As a developer of (non-game) Windows applications, I gotta tell you - it's a
nightmare to deal with the almost infinite number of configurations that Windows
computers come in, sometimes I marvel that things work as well as they do,
considering the cesspool that is a Windows OS. I don't think that most computer
users understand the complexity, and that's why I get rubbed the wrong way when
people get short with those they're asking for help.

Anyway, I hope you get your problems sorted out, and please do come back and
check in if not. In particular, there are several stickys at the top of the
Technical Assistance page, in particular you want the startup log file that
can help track down the problem, if it comes to that again. It will help speed
    things along.

    Cheers!
