417:Expectation Failed

Ok i have done every thing i can find in tech support to get the game working but still can not get past

the request failed with HTTP status 417:Expectation Failed

I have reinstalled the game 4 times and re downloaded the 5 gig client 2 times now and keep getting the same message in the patcher when i click the .exe i have changed all my firewall setting and i have even turned it of and uninstalled it but i keep getting the same result i have made IE my default browser and turned of all popup blocker but yet again its still doing it anyone have any ideas to why ? im trying to use the D&D Eberron Unlimited client running XP SP3
