cant log on to ddo

I was on this morning, and now when i try to log on it tells me "the underlying connection was closed: the server commited an HTTP protocol ciolation" the when i click on the support button it says "Please contact Tech support
System.NullReference Exception:Object reference not set to an instance of object
at com.turbine.launcher.forms.mainform.supportbutton. click(object sender, Events Args e)
at system.windows.forms.control.on click(Events Args e)
etc etc etc and so on."

What the heck is going on?

i am now getting the same message. is there a fix or do i need to uninstall and reinstall??
