As the title asks, what's the highest AC you can get sustainably? Don't care what the build is, just what it can achieve.

Not counting short term buffs here like Haste pots, recitation wands, Showtime, or any type of short term consumable from the DDO store (I don't actually know if there are any).

I am including Shield Wands (5 or 10) and Barkskin pots out of the House J vendor.

Reason I'm inquiring is that I duo epics with my partner a fair bit, since we're some of the only ones that do epics in our guild, and while my current build is versatile, I'd like to be less squishy, so I'm not opposed to a TR.

A coworker of mine fields 79 self buffed (counting CE + Stalwart 3 stance). 79 isn't quite up to being where I want it for epics (85), even with haste and recitation short terms, so I've been working with the idea of how to get it up to snuff.

Bring out the epic gear, the +4 tomes, the super-rare raid items (that still exist)--what's your maximum self buffed, sustainable AC?
