Raids?

I have a soon to be lvl10 cleric that I'd like to use in raids but I've never tried raiding before so...how do I go about getting in on a raid? Is it like quests and appears in the grouping window?

Raids will show up in the group window like any other quest. TS has no flagging required, so it's a really nive first raid to do. VoN you need to do four flagging quests in order to be able to get into the raid, so if you are interested in that raid look for groups doing VoN 1-4 in the looking for more panel so you can get yourself flagged for the raid (which is usually listed as Von5 and 6 in people's lfm notes)

Start with Tempest Spine... There are a lot of players who know it well. I think I've run it over 100 times (Sorjek is my buddy...). It's a good place to get your feet we and used to seeing 12 bars rather than 6. No really special strategies required either... Bring a UA item or some Bubblehead pots.
