I have been running my lowbies, alot lately, and myself & a few guildies have been "puggin it" to fill groups when everyone else is raiding.
The new players that came into the game (welcome) since mod 9, have really started to gain some good gaming skills.

Last night, I was in a tempest spine run, level 8 - 11 elite;
At first, it looked like a wipe, before the fire traps! (oh boy)
We had 3 people DC (hhmmm) and didn't feel like we were going to complete.
Much to my surprise, with-in a few minutes, the group actually started to "work" together, and we had a completion with no one falling off! (ps the FF idea is out the window)

Both myself & the 3 other TRs were quite surprised that we had a really good group!
2 people were from Europe, (typing helped the language barrier)
2 had never done the TS before,
4 others just needed the team effort to have a good run.

I was, and still am impressed with the diligence everyone had to get a completion & work together, (flashback to my days with OSG from thelanis)

I recruited 2 of those players, and hope to recruit 2 more today.

The point being; I got so used to our high level banter & soloing lowbie stuff,
that I forgot the BASICS of D&D & DDO. The game is based on teamwork, not "I can solo everything"

VERY refreshing to be in this situation.

So, if you are a returning player, or have been around for 4, 5, or 6 months, and are getting better at the game. Come to the Thelanis server & look us up!
Chainmail is great guild, with good (not elitist) members, and we would enjoy increasing our membership with players with the same mentality.
