Debuffing bosses

I know two spells that can debuff bosses:
-Ray of enfeeblement
-Ray of Exhaustion
However i dont know if they stack and if they affect on all bosses in the game. Any one know it?

They stack, but do not affect all bosses. Most notable of the ones unaffected are important raid bosses.

Just tried Energy Drain on boss at Plane of Nightmares(casual). Used around 2000sp for energy drain and only 2-3 got through spell resistance but it seemed unaffected.

Ray of Exhaustion, Energy Drain, etc. won't work on red and purple named bosses.

The best debuff for those types of bosses is Waves of Exhaustion. It can be a downright lifesaver, especially in Epic content. Also, Cloudkill will grant a concealment bonus and is handy for raid bosses as well.

Waves of exhaustion is really the only debuff I bother with on a sorc.

I use RoE from the Staff of Arcane Power on red names. It doesn't work on Purple. WoE is great (permanent, no
save).
