unable to login

hey everyone... the problem i seem to be having is... I click on the ddo icon, it opens, " getting data center" ............................... after about a minute, this is the message I get.. "underlying connection was closed, unable to connect to remote server".. I even went as far as reinstalling the game, same message again.. checked laptop to see if maybe it was my comp.. Again same message.. any suggestions as to what i can do to resolve this issue ? ty

Sounds like it may be a firewall, or some sort of "Internet Security" suite that is blocking your connection.

Try running it as an administrator if on vista or 7, or you could temporarily disable your firewall.
