    Default Key binding keeps resetting

I use a customized key setup and am having trouble with a key binding. I set "G" to interact/attack and "H" to toggle auto-targeting. Every time I logout the "G" key reverts to toggle auto-targeting and interact/attack causing a key binding conflict. Any idea why this is or how I might fix it? As far as I know that is the only key that changes.

Also a question for the devs. Why does this game support key binding conflicts? Allowing a single keystroke to be bound to multiple functions is just a recipe for technical problems is it not?

This is a recurring issue. Do a search, and see if anyone has posted a solution.

When you bind a key to a new function, it is removed from the previous binding spot,
which is the exact problem you're having.

    Angry

I've spent two hours researching this issue online and all I've been able to find is that it's a known issue and it's old, but Turbine won't say anything about it other than they don't know anything about it...

This is extremely annoying, as now Turbine is making me choose between accepting that their key mapping functions are broken, or quitting the game. And I want to like the game, but this is a deal breaker.

I had a crappy day at work and was looking forward to enjoying myself in DDO. However, I spent my entire game playtime... working again, this time to investigate an issue that is apparently lingering and so complex/strange that no solution has been found for it, ever.

I know DDO is free but c'mon. I was thinking about upgrading to a full sub (already spent money buying points in the DDO Store) but it looks like I should be looking for another MMORPG instead.
