Leveling guide?

well looked at mrcows and it looks good for leveling purposes. i found he also has a melee one started which will be helpful when the guide gets up to my level. i've seen robi3.0's guide before but it didn't really have anything to help me level faster.

problem is I have a limited amount of time to play and I end up wasting most of it looking for groups. whether I log without finding one or manage to join PUGs that barely manage to finish one quest and then disband, I've gone 3 days without gaining a single rank and I need a guide that can tell me how to be more efficient. I could put up my own LFG ads on social if I knew what best to attempt at a particular level for max xp and most beneficial loot.

Looking over the initial thread you posted, yes, it's out of date, but the quests he mentions there are still considered the best for loot and xp (at least as far as I scanned). You can't go wrong by trying to create your own LFM for any of those.

If you don't want to create your own LFM, solo something. If nothing else, it's much faster xp than standing around waiting for someone else to create the perfect LFM.

i'll assume the last bit was still in an effort to be helpful. soloing is fine, great even cause my build would be ok for it, if i knew where I'd be best spending my time. and its not so much looking for the perfect LFM, its looking for one that I can get into. let me give you the usual scenario. I see a group up for a quest, alt tab out to look up info on quest (difficulty, possible upgrades for my char), tab back in and they're only looking for a healer (or caster or 18+ charisma etc). What I was looking for is a list of "skip this, try to hit this" guide that would mean that I could in fact put up my own LFM instead of wasting what little play time I have on things that won't really help.

2 days ago, spent a huge chunk of time and wasted a day doing valak's mausoleum i believe it was in delera's graveyard. the xp was paltry, most of us died more then once and from what i could tell afterwards there isn't any significant loot to look for there. i could have given it a miss and looked for something to solo if i absolutely had to.
