Need allways to launch the game twice ?

Is everyone else got that , that he/she need to start the launcher twice before it will start ?
The first time i come to the part where i do need to fill in my password, than it goes to quick launch, then dissapear complete.
The second time i start the launcher i can log in, and the game start .No clue if this happens for everyone, or is it just me ?

It's your Aura Of Computer Breaking that's causing it.

Short of removing the aura that's affecting your PC, you can try this:

Right-click the short-cut to DDO, select Properties
Go to the Compatibility tab
Check Disable visual themes
Check Disable desktop composition
Click OK

This will avoid the Aero popup upon launch of the game proper (by "pulling it forward" to launch of the invoker), which in turn will make it less likely that DDO will lose focus during start.

When DDO loses focus before it's displaying the initial splash screen, it will quit. "Why?!?" I hear you ask? That is between the devs and the imps powering the client. Who knows. Maybe the imps have an ego.
