Value of Cloak of Curses?

I got an offer to buy one from a friend but neither know a normal price for this item. Any Idea?
I'm guessing that its a few mil gold but I might be overshooting it a bit.

Keep in mind the fact that it is currently bugged. It immediately removes any curse it applies to an enemy, but the curse it occasionally puts on you stays. Use that to adjust your offer as you see fit.

Hmm, weird. Im using it, and the curse stay on enemy when it hit it. Its not long time, maybe ~10 sec, and then some random decurse, but Is there for sure. It works on bosses too - Xyzzy or boss in Shroud looks really cool with party hat

And at Khyber its worth 50-100k plat.

what are khyber price of say +2 tomes or spectral gloves? so I have something I know value of to compare with.

Well that's good news. That means they finally fixed it. I have 3 that I haven't bothered using. As soon as the curse lands, you swap to another cloak so you dont decurse them.

I'm assuming cannith is more expensive being new and all.
