well i have just about all i need too make my greensteel and i want too know if the 10% 20% 30% healing Amplification stack and if the +1 and +2 and +4 AC (Insight) stack or do the 30% cancel out the 20% 10% and do the +4 AC (Insight) cancel out the +1 and +2 ac bonus?

they stack, usefulness increases with each acquired tier.

No stacking, only highest counts.

Yes that is the case. But keep in mind that you can only put those effects on a weapon, and doing so would greatly decrease your dps. Also, the first tier 10% part will not stack with the 10% healing amp you can get on dragontouched armor with an eldritch rune, and the 20% portion will not stack with either the 20% you can get on the hound raid bracers, the tempest rune slot on dragontouched armor, or the crafted slot on a Tower of Despair ring.
