Default Allow 'full' resolution in windowed mode

I play with 2 monitors - if I want to use the second monitor I have to put the game into windowed mode. While the client is in windowed mode - you can't make it run at the native resolution of the first monitor. It always shrinks to a smaller size.

It would be nice if you could use a full screen / non-modal resolution.

I'm not having a problem - I just want the 'window' border to go away. Whenever I try to set the windowed resolution to 1680x1050 it resets to custom.

Just your Graphics quality will say that. Look to the next drop panel, it should still be set at 1680X1050. And as far as the border goes, if you want to be able to go freely between two monitors you're stuck with it.

I haven't played L4D2, but it sounds like you want L4D1 windowless mode, which is not the same as "full resolution".
