    Default Insist-stance!

Great show Berry! Check it out. Clanky didn't wind up on the cutting room floor here at the original DoDcats. Sweet. That's just the kind of positive reinforcement that Clanky likes.

Maybe I'll do another Clerical Error segment if there's any (and I mean "at all") positive feedback. I'll sit back and let it happen. Happen-stance!

Thanks for the shout out on the webcomic contest! Clanky really bricked his entry and went for "establish storyline" over "make it funny". There were 346 entrants and a great number with loads more talent than me. HAd I gone funnier, I still probably wouldn't even have made "honorable mention" with my bargain-basement talent. But I still had to stay true to my favorite game and get DDo in there. Go DDo!

    Default Minor Correction

In Regards to your Fourth Call @ 2:16:21

Weapon Finesse only lets a melee combatant substitute the dexterity modifier for attack with certain weapons, not for damage.

    EDIT

Which is covered later in the podcast, maybe I should finish listening.

    Default Clerical Error!

Clank, you must keep making Clerical Error!

I both choked with laughter and peed a little.

Default Why whould you admit that?

The ol' choke-n-piddle. Clanky knows it well. So, let me get this straight... I should keep making things that make people choke and/or pee themselves. Can you even read yourself typing?

Oh, I'm gonna make more. Loads more. I have two more ideas in my head already, each more humorous than the last. I'm only going to send them to Jerry though. That'll teach Lessah not to "Yank the Clank". More like DDoCrocktailHour! What a crock!

So, SamIus. I listened to my part of Berry's podcast like a dozen times to both hear the sound of my own voice and hear everyone's accolades about my deep and insightful understandings of the world around me. I heard you say "That is the best..." and then you were drowned out by the voluminous laughter and praises of others. What was the rest of what you said? My ears are burning... Oh wait. I was standing too close to a firewall.

As a side note: Taking in mind the (mis)pronunciation of your name "Samius", I went back and read some of my favorite inspirational literature by the well respected Theodore Geisel. But, following your "don't pronounce the I" rules, flubs up the meter of the rhyme. I'll quote here...
    • I do not like green eggs and ham.
    • I do not like them "SamAm".

See? It's not right. Classic literature says so. Sigh.
    • I do not say it on a bus.
    • I do not say it "Sam I Us".

See, this is why I haven't done a video stream podcast yet, who wants to watch a bunch of D&D geeks having pee-related emergencies?!?!?!?!

    Heh heh, I said stream...

I thought you didn't have a live video because you wanted the ability to edit out my most hilarious of jokes!

...also if DDO Cocktail Hour goes video, they MUST wear pants. In fact, the Samius guy should wear full-plate. You know, just for protection (of us).

Don't be trying to push your desires on the Samius.

Maybe this is just a typo.
    • Loose: (adjective) [loos] free from anything that binds or restrains; unfettered:
    • Lose: (verb) [looz] to come to be without (something in one's possession or care), through accident, theft, etc., so that there is little or no prospect of recovery:

From what you have said here, you prefer non constrictive pants over no pants at all. If you prefer "looser women", does that mean you want them more sexually promiscuos or just incapable of achieving success?

Grammar cop wants to see your license and proof of registration.
