Can we see some Shirken love

Is it me or is there a lack of Returning Shirkens with special abilitys like Metalline or Pure good or smiting and so on?
Reason I ask is sure would be nice to find one to kite Deamon Queen with becouse of her dang over run ability.

Yeah, just built my first drow. A magic user, and wouldn't ya know it...his throwing weapon feat is shuriken instead of daggers.

I would just be happy if i could upgrade my shuriken in the Risia alter or stone of change ... It broke my heart when i learned i couldnt put icy burst on my +5 thundering returning shuriken of pure good..

The least they could do is make it so we could actually repair Greensteel Shuriken if we decided to make one. But I agree, there is a distinct lack of interesting returning shuriken on the AH. Yes, shuriken are the weakest weapons ever and shouldn't be used most of the time anyway, but it would be nice to at least have some options other than snowstar when we need to range something down.

I have decided to start useing a +2 metaline light crossbow of pure good with Icyburst from alter and buy up all the Holy bolts I can find cant believe how effective it is against the DQ granted I am loosing my center but its still worth it untill I can find myself a throw star.

As if throwing weps weren't bad enough. First I found out you can't icy burst throwing weps, and then I TR'd and found out that the passive ranger past life doesn't add +2 damage to throwing weps (only bows, crossbows, and repeaters).

I am excited to hear about their ranged combat polish they are doing. Just crossing my fingers.

Smash barrels! That's how I found my Returning Ghost Touch Shuriken of Parrying (think it might have adamantine as well, will have to check), which allows me to smash *more* barrels while dodging traps in the hopes of finding more shurikens...
