    Default FvS/PLD?

So I'm not totally new, but I'm pretty far from familiar with every aspect of DDO. I rerolled again as a pure Pally, andI'm enjoying it, but then i started a FvS and I was thinking of tossing a level or two of FvS onto my pally. is this advisable? I solo/duo mostly with my wife, not really into major group raiding, just wanna hit hard and be able to keep mysef alive. I like the huge SP pool FvS gives, so would this be a stupid idea or worth doing?

I'm inclined to say silly. The paladin capstone and DM 4 (if you are going for it) are worth way more than an extra 100 sp or so. But maybe you have something in mind that I'm missing.

Personally the only splashes I find compelling for pallies are rogue/monk for evasion or fighter for intimidate.

i say to never multiclass on a whim, don't do it without planing for it.

the most gimped toon i ever made was a multiclassed rogue/ranger that i made without any planing

no no, chances are i dont have anything in mind. I just saw the extra SP and the lvl 1 two weapon feats and thought i'd like to have those on my lvl 4 paladin, but didnt want to make a mistake like i did with previous multiclass experiments.

There are no free two weapon feats for FvS. Lot's of FvS go two weapon because they get bonuses for different types of one handed weapons, but they have to buy the feats normally, and raise the dex for em.

paladins are pretty tough, i doubt you will have any trouble staying alive. you have lay on hands, some healing magic, lots of immunities to stuff, ext.

sorry, not two handed feats, but "two weapon fighting" and "oversized two weapon fighting"were there from level 1 on the FvS.

I think that may have just been the FvS Path you selected. FvS don't get free Two Weapon Fighting Feats; they need to select them like everyone else -- except rangers!

Just checked: The Divine Avenger Path selects TWF as its level 1 feat.

They are on a pally too. If they weren't showing it's because you didn't meet the dex requirements.
