Some kind of DR reinforced dozent from end raid I'v miscounted for there give 30 stacking DR/- and some trinket of 7/- exceptional DR???

Both shield mastery feats for another +6 DR on shield blocking
Full BAB fighter at level 20, +10 DR when actively blocking

Yeah, I figured it would be dependent on Defiance, which means the claim that "DR is the only effective defense at endgame" is wholely unsupported.
