    Default Can't unsubscribe! No unsubscribe option on myaccount.turbine.com?

    I'm Norwegian and used to play on the EU servers. When it became free to play here I remade my old main character, but ended up using money on the DDO Store anyway, and also became a VIP recently.

    I was thinking I'd just pay for one month of VIP, at least for now. Thing is, I can't find anywhere to unsubscribe. I've gone to http://myaccount.turbine.com but there's no option to view my current subscriptions or cancel them there. I even tried calling from Norway to Turbine in USA but of course it's closed there as it's probably the wrong time of day. What the hell am I supposed to do?

    Quite disappointing how this board is for support from other players. There should be official support beyond the FAQs. Even better would be Turbine having online support for their account management.

    Can noone help me?

    You can find official support in the links in my signature. There is also this sticky which explains what departments can assist with which issues, and has links for contact.

    Be sure you're logging into the Account Management page with the same username and password you use to log into the game. If you have already canceled the account, it will note that it is pending cancellation, and the cancel button will no longer appear. If you still can't find an option to cancel (it should be a white link on the left side of the red/gold DDO subscription box) then please contact the Account Management department via one of the options in my signature.

    I found out how to cancel my subscription. If I log in with a normal browser, there's not even a red/gold DDO subscription box you see. What I did was I downloaded to play for free, no product key, and I registered for VIP in the in-game browser. I can't recall ever getting a product key.

    Seems I can cancel it again from the in-game browser. Typical that I didn't think to try that. Thanks though.
