How can I let bard spells harder to resist?

I know that bard songs uses charisma and perform to high their saves, but what about other bard spells?

For example, I am lvl 5 and my "Otto's Irresistible Dance" have a save of 14 will. The mobs save it everytime!

Do I need to raise wisdow or int to get higher saves numbers?

To land spells you often have to make a save check (normally versus will) and a spell pen check.

Ways to raise save check:
spell focus (enchant) x2
charisma (items, level ups, tomes, enhancements, etc)
dream spitter (+2 to enchant)
heighten
bard capstone

Ways to raise spell pen:
level ups (based on caster level)
bard capstone
increasing charisma
spell pen item
spell pen feats x2
spell pen enhancements

I've probably missed something.

If you want to be a top notch enchanter, you need to do all of the above.
