I'm having problems with hearing people who are using the microphone, and i have looked and i cant find a way to turn the sound of voice chat up. i have tried to turn down every other volume but it doesn't seem to be enough. am i just being stupid and missing something? i have tried asking in game but nothing seems to work.
right now i can hear someone barely if i turn off all the sound in the game and if the house is completely quiet.
the house usually isn't quiet.

_probably_ a windows setting issue, pump up the volume!
Your audio jack may have a seperate volume control in the control panel.

or possibly just put the mic closer to your mouth. Some mics are better than others, and if you have a craptastic mic you'll need to practically be eating it for them to hear you.
As for hearing others, I've found that sometimes I hear others fine, sometimes I have issues. Same players speaking, different days.
I think the voice client just has audio issues sometimes, but that's just a guess.
