looking for build advice

I dont want to bollox it up so here goes.. would like to make a fun build for soloing when i dont want to group on my main (healer)

32 points available. Must be dwarf and ranger (cause i think it might be fun) with tempest PRe. pure or multiclass?? stat allocations and feat advice??

This is a great 32 pt dps/survivable dwarf.

If you've got monk, you could do a dwarf Exploiter: just drop khopesh for dwarven axes.
