Auto sneak conditions?

Could someone tell me (or point me to a thread) showing what are the conditions which give you auto-sneak attacks? not crits -- sneaks=) Besides not having aggro?

Thanks for the quick reply! Does paralysis from a paralyzer count as held? or only a HOLD spell?

Only the Hold spell, not paralyzers.

Also enemies stunned by Weighted weapons are vulnerable to crits/sneak attacks. Weighted appears only on blunt weapons, and has a range of 1% to 5% chance to apply the stun.

Stunning Blow makes them vulnerable to auto-crits; not sure if it also makes them auto-SAable.
