Hireling Vendor in House Deneith

Since Deneith is the military/mercenary house, does it not make sense that they would have mercenary services available in their ward, in the form of a hireling vendor? To me, this seems like a natural fit for the house.

Indeed being a merc house it would seem a natural fit. Still no Hireling vendor though.
