Question about rares in GH exploreer

Was running around collecting relics in GH. gotto the area of the Cry for help quest, and 2 rares poped up in the SAME area. After knoking them off found only ONE CHEST!

I am incorrect thinking ther should have been 2 chests?

One was the rare rakshasha (spelling off?) and the other was the quartermaster ( i think).....that is the one at the deadend path. ( both showed up there)

If you want a bonus chest as compensation there are 2 special spawns that are always active in Gianthold, their rare mobs are not part of the rare encounter list (as they are not exactly "rare").

At the Aurum supply depot, smash some of the boxes and barrels, a dwarf will pop out of the nearby tent.
Killing him pops a chest down.

At the tip of Crystal Spin Peak, kill the Illithid there and a chest will spawn - this one however is locked.

There is a third chest that can be had by jumping along the little landings above Cry for Help before dropping down into a section almost above the entrance to the little maze before the adventure.

There are always a few archers up there but if there is a Zakia Cultist too you will get a chest after killing him.

If you are looking for relics it is a nice little run to take the PoP teleport, hit the mindflayer chest, the supply depot, and then check for the cultist and the 2 rares the OP spoke about, 2 guarenteed chests (flayer and depot) with the possiblity of 2 more for 5 min of work.

Know about those 2, got to have a knocker or lock picker for the mindflayer chest though.

Just thought the "norm" rares had chests attached to them. Also have nevere had 2 spawn in the same spot before.
