    Default "dndsetup.exe" Not launching properly

I had my secondary hard drive epically crash on me, and I recently picked up a new one. My DDO was working fine, but when I go to launch dndsetup.exe to reinstall, it won't run. I made sure my software and hardware firewalls were open, and even tried reinstalling .NET Framework, but nothing is happening. It opens, the taskbar icon appears, then it closes with no form of error or anything. I've downloaded all the installers to see if that may have been the problem, but they all don't work.

    Help, pl0x =(
