If I don't like the prices on the Auction House is there somewhere else I can go to buy a short sword?

Check the weapon brokers in House Denieth or you can try using your servers Trade forums, my warning about the Forums is this... The people who set the prices on the AH may be the ones on the forum as well.

There is a low level broker in the market and higher level ones in house deneith. I guess there is the trade channel as well but I've never used that.
