Buying Scimitar of GDB

as the title states.
I am looking for a Scimitar of greater dragon bane.
the higher + and the better the added goodies, the more it is worth to me obviously.

not interested in icy burst on it (have enough sets to add it)
it has to be either no RR or RR elf. can not be chaotic.
